||ALA|MEDA|| is one of the most appreciated contemporary bands from Bydgoszcz and the surrounding area. The quintet combines pop music with avant-garde and a whole range of Latin-African rhythms. During their performances you can catch such genres as industrial, post-punk, gqom, dub, and vaporwave, among others. In other words, their creativity knows no bounds, they are one of a kind and they do it well!
Artists are about to fly to the SQUARE festival in Braga, Portugal, a UNESCO Creative City for media arts. The festival itself is part of the Portuguese Capital of Culture program, and aims to showcase artists from around the world and share best practices of music industry professionals, as well as promote emerging bands.
Alameda will be there to represent Bydgoszcz City of UNESCO Music. Pride! We are more than happy that it is exactly our Bydgoszcz band that is on the guest list and can represent Poland and our city at this world festival.
