On October 31, 2023, Bydgoszcz was declared a City of Music, as part of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network. We have been recognized thanks to our musical heritage, musical achievements on the international arena, but most importantly - for the multitude and variety of musical events on offer in the city, and for the potential and creative ideas related to the musical development of Bydgoszcz.
